Art Contest Winner – 2017 Midsummer Gather – Celestial Fire

Congratulations Beckah, winner of the Art Contest for the 2017 Midsummer Gather – Celestial Fire!

Celestial Fire by Beckah

The Earth House Gather Committee is proud to present the winning submission for the art contest for the 2017 Gather. With Celestial Fire as the theme, the entries were varied in their interpretation. Judging between the submissions was a difficult task, but Beckah’s entry was ultimately chosen as the artwork to represent the 2017 Earth House Gather Community.

Many well-deserved congratulations, Beckah! Enjoy your well earned title of ‘Artist Guest of Honor’ and special privileges at the 2017 Midsummer Gather.

Ernest “Wolfie” or “Skywolf Singing Heart” Stephens

The 2017 Eathhouse Gather is privilleged to have not one, but two Special Guests of Honor. Wolfie will also be one of our SGHs with many presentations to share with the group.

An Eclectic Wiccan, with deep spiritual roots, Ernest “Wolfie” Stephens is a world traveler (India, Indonesia, the Yucatan, and Egypt), and a critical thinker. He’s a member of the Rockford, IL UU Church, and has extensive experience in event coordination, ministry, ritual design and ritual presentation. He is a veteran, a motorcycle enthusiast (Ancient Riders Motorcycle Association – ARMA – an international pagan group active primarily in the US), a craftsman and merchant.

He has his Ministerial Credentials and has worked with Circle Sanctuary as Merchant Coordinator for several years.

His “Tribes” (extended family-of-choice) include Earth House, ARMA, and Harmony Tribe, and carries the title of “Honorary Mainer” with with the Maine Pagans. Infected with insatiable wanderlust, his schedule typically includes travels all over the US and occasionally beyond.

He has attended Earth House’s Midsummer Gather for many years and have contributed to Drummings (he’s addicted to drumming!), classes, Merchanting, and being a general source of Mirth, Merriment, and Mischief [!] wherever possible.
